Greetings from IG3 Infra Ltd!! **Job Description** **Company:** IG3 Infra LTD **Location:**Thoraipakkam, Chennai **Department:**Finance & Accounts **Job Summary** We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounts Executive who has completed CA Intermediate and has 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. The candidate should have good analytical skills, numerical ability, and a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and monthly MIS. - Perform financial data analysis and support budgeting and forecasting activities. - Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations. - Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities. - Support month-end and year-end closing activities. - Monitor expenses and assist in cost analysis and variance reporting. - Prepare and maintain financial records, schedules, and supporting documents. - Assist in internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors. - Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for cost optimization. - Prepare reports and provide financial insights to support management decision-making. - Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned finance and accounting tasks. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 3-5 years of experience in finance & accounting role (CA Intermediate or CA Articleship completed). - Strong knowledge of Tally ERP9 software. - Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes. - Candidate ready to work in the mentioned location
