Hiring Chartered Accountant | BIG 4

**Job Title:** Manager - Financial Reporting **Location:** Chennai **Experience:** 4 - 6 Years **Qualification:** Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory **Industry Preference:** Big 4 experience highly preferred **About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled CA to oversee the end-to-end preparation, analysis, and disclosure of financial statements. You will ensure strict compliance with Ind AS and IFRS, manage a team of accountants, and drive continuous improvements across the financial accounting function. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the timely and accurate preparation of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Conduct technical accounting research for complex transactions (revenue recognition, leases, M&A) and draft formal memos. - Act as the primary liaison with internal and external auditors to ensure successful, defect-free audits. - Manage, mentor, and allocate workloads for a team of senior and staff accountants. - Drive automation and process efficiencies to shorten month-end closing cycles. - Support corporate finance/tax teams and assist in ERP/financial consolidation software upgrades. **Key Requirements & Skills:** - Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant accounting/reporting experience. - Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, SEBI regulations, and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (IFC). - Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, think strategically, and collaborate cross-functionally. - Execution: High attention to detail with a track record of delivering statutory filings on time and accurately.
