* Drive end-to-end Tax & Compliance across Income Tax, GST, TDS & PT. * Manage audits, assessments, notices, and statutory submissions. * Review and finalize books of accounts and financial statements. * Lead GST reconciliations, refund claims, and compliance reviews. * Stay ahead of tax updates, amendments, and regulatory changes. * Build strong client relationships through effective coordination and timely support. * Lead and mentor a team of 56 members, driving quality and productivity. * Manage multiple client portfolios and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. * Contribute to process improvement and firm-level initiatives. * Handle additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
