## Hiring: CA / Non-CA End-to-End Accounting **Position:** Senior Accountant / Finance Professional **Qualification:** CA / CA Inter / Non-CA **Experience:** 37 years **Location:** - New town , Rajarhat, Kolkata **Employment Type:** Contract – Big 4 Opportunity **Joining:** Immediate Joiners Preferred Salary - 5 Lakhs to 10 Lakhs ### Job Summary We are looking for **CA and Non-CA finance professionals** with strong experience in **end-to-end accounting operations**, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing accounting activities independently and possess strong communication and inter-company coordination skills. ### Key Responsibilities * Handle **end-to-end accounting activities**, including recording and reviewing financial transactions. * Manage **books closure** and month-end/year-end closing activities. * Prepare **Financial Statements** and supporting schedules. * Handle **GST and TDS** accounting and compliance-related activities. * Perform **bank, ledger, balance sheet, and inter-company reconciliations**. * Manage **inter-company accounting and coordination** with internal and external stakeholders. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of books of accounts. * Support audits and provide required financial information and documentation. * Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution. * Prepare MIS reports and other management reports as required. ### Required Skills * Strong knowledge of **accounting principles and financial reporting**. * Hands-on experience in **end-to-end accounting and books closure**. * Good working knowledge of **GST and TDS**. * Strong **inter-company accounting and reconciliation** skills. * Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines. * Working knowledge of **SAP/ERP systems** will be an added advantage. ### Eligibility * **CA / CA Inter / Non-CA** candidates can apply. * Candidates with relevant experience in **end-to-end accounting, financial statements, books closure, GST and TDS** are preferred. * **Immediate joiners** or candidates with very short notice periods are preferred. ### Opportunity Selected candidates will get an opportunity to **work with a Big 4 organization initially through a contract role**, gaining exposure to large-scale finance operations, processes, and professional work environments. **Interested candidates can share their updated CV along with their current location, total experience, relevant accounting experience, notice period, and expected CTC.**
