**CA - AUDIT & ASSURANCE** **Requisites:** **Expertise in Audit Planning, Direction & Supervision** **Audit and Accounting Standards skills** **Knowledge of Audit Approach and Process** **Understanding of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Allied Laws** **CA DIRECT TAX EXECUTIVE** **Requisites:** **Practical knowledge of Direct Tax Provisions** **Experience in E-filing and Assessment** **Familiar with International Tax compliance** **Comprehensive analytical and decision making skill** **Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe** **Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise** **Prepare all tax papers in regular basis** **CA INDIRECT TAX EXECUTIVE** **Requisites:** **Experience in Filing of monthly & annual return** **Knowledge of Indirect Tax provisions** **Representation before the authorities with respect to Assessment & Notices** **Familiar with filing of Refund applications**
