Chartered Accountant

We are looking for a highly motivated and academically strong **freshly qualified Chartered Accountant** with excellent conceptual knowledge and a passion for learning. The role offers exposure to core finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, and corporate finance activities across a dynamic business environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Financial reporting, accounting, and book closure activities. - Preparation and analysis of financial statements. - Compliance with Accounting Standards and Ind AS. - Direct and Indirect Tax compliance, including GST and Income Tax. - Support in audits, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance. - Analysis of mergers, demergers, preference shares, debentures, and other corporate finance transactions. - Preparation of MIS, financial models, and management reports. - Assist in finance process improvement and automation initiatives. **What We Are Looking For** Strong academic record throughout CA journey Excellent conceptual understanding of: - Accounting Standards / Ind AS - Direct & Indirect Taxation - Financial Statements & Reporting - Corporate Finance Concepts - Mergers & Demergers - Preference Shares & Debentures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis **Preferred Advantage** We would love to hire someone who can act as an **AI Champion** within the Finance team, actively exploring AI tools, automation opportunities, and emerging technologies to improve finance and accounting processes.
