Chartered Accountant

**Roles and Responsibilities** - Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients on direct taxes (income-tax) and indirect taxes (VAT/Service Tax). - Manage client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and meeting expectations. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 2-5 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification from ICAI/ICAI Intermediate/IPCC/Articleship completed. - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) or Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy (PGDA) or MBA Finance & Accounting. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, direct tax laws, indirect tax laws, GST regulations.
