Dear Applicant, We do have urgent opening in Chartered Accountant in Corporate Finance. **Position- Senior Executive- Corporate Finance** **Location- Baner, Pune** **Qualification- Qualified CA** **Must have experience in Real Estate / CA firm** **Job Description:** - Fund syndication, fund raising, strategic financial management, finance, credit rating, cashflow management, fund flow management, TEV report, treasury function, Business plan. - Daily Cashflow updation and funds planning. - Manage tax audits, scrutiny assessments, and appellate proceedings under the Income Tax Act. - Supervise end-to-end GST compliance, including return filing (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C) and reconciliation of ITC. - Lead resolution of GST notices, audits, assessments, and departmental queries - Interaction with respective departments for setting up monthly budgets in line with funds availability. - Payment Process planning and monitoring - Post Disbursement MIS, communication and maintenance of relations. - Keeping a track of new developments in the funding space in real estate market - Meeting and maintaining new connections with the Banks and continuously exploring new structures and possibilities in line with our requirements. **Interested candidate please send their resume on punam.saha@solitaire.in**
