| Manager / Senior Manager – Consolidation & Financial ReportingLocation: Greater Noida, Uttar PradeshQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)Experience: 6–8 years post-qualificationKey Responsibilities:• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation under Ind AS.• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements.• Handle intercompany reconciliations, elimination entries, and multi-plant financial reporting.• Ensure compliance with Ind AS and Companies Act requirements.• Coordinate statutory audits and strengthen internal financial controls.• Prepare MIS reports and support management reporting.Key Skills: Ind AS, financial consolidation, statutory audits, SAP FICO, advanced Excel, and group financial reporting.Candidates with experience in manufacturing, electronics, automotive, or consumer durables are preferred.
