Credit Manager

**Role & responsibilities** **:** - Develop, monitor, and update credit lending policies in line with the bank's credit framework. - Analyze the impact of credit policies and lending programs to support business growth. - Draft and implement credit policies, process notes, and compliance frameworks. - Conduct portfolio monitoring, credit analytics, and risk assessment. - Develop and maintain credit scoring models, scorecards, and perform back-testing. - Drive process improvement, digitization, and automation initiatives. - Coordinate with stakeholders on technology and business projects. - Perform portfolio hindsighting and support policy reviews based on business and regulatory requirements. **Preferred candidate profile** **:** - Candidates having 2-7 years of experience credit - MBA-Finance or CA folks with relevant Credit experience . - Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets. - Self-driven, strong communication, go-getter attitude and ability to interact with internal stakeholders.
