Finance Associate - Due Diligence (CA only)

### Job Summary Looking for a qualified CA, a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Finance Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insightful reports and recommendations for informed decision-making. Additionally, this role will involve the visualization of reports to enhance data comprehension. ### Responsibilities - Conduct financial and tax due diligence including bank, GST, TDS, PF, and PT reconciliations. - Conduct basic ledger scrutiny from books of accounts. - Preparing/reviewing schedules/tables and analyzing basic trends and movements of revenue, expenses, working capital, etc., and identifying any extraordinary movements or changes. - Preparing/reviewing the DD report with company overview and factual inputs. - Framing of findings, observations, and notes to investors to be incorporated in the DD report based on the above points. - Research on financial metrics like market size, beta, etc. - Prepare other decks and reports wherever required. ### Requirements - Qualified CA with 2-4 years of experience in core finance, audit taxation. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work accurately with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Able to adapt and work with fast-paced work culture and to adapt and learn quickly.
