Finance Controller

About The RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Finance Controllership professional (CA) to manage financial reporting, book closure, MIS preparation, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, experience in fast-paced startup environments, and the ability to work cross-functionally with business and finance teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage monthly, quarterly, and annual closure of books of accountsPrepare and present Monthly MIS reports and financial analysisOversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processesEnsure accuracy and compliance in financial reportingCoordinate and manage quarterly and annual statutory auditsWork closely with internal stakeholders for reconciliations and financial controlsSupport implementation and improvement of finance processes and SOPsAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisEnsure timely compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsTaxation knowledge including GST/TDS/compliances would be an added advantageDesired Skills/ ExperienceQualified Chartered Accountant (CA)2–4 years of post-qualification experiencePrior experience in startups and/or Big 4 preferredStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingHands-on experience with MIS, audits, AP/AR management, and book closureGood analytical and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting toolsLocation & Work Model5days from Gurgaon office
