About the RoleVedanta Advisors is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team in Gurugram. This internship is designed specifically for recent graduates as a launchpad for a permanent role within our firm. You will gain hands-on experience in core financial operations, taxation, and high-level advisory services, with the direct opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on your performance.Core ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting and bookkeeping operations to ensure accurate financial records.Assist in the accurate preparation and timely filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR).Support the team with Goods and Services Tax (GST) calculations and filing procedures.Provide analytical and operational support for our Fractional CFO services.Reconcile bank statements and maintain up-to-date ledgers.Qualifications and SkillsMust be a recent graduate (B.Com, M.Com, BBA in Finance, or CA/CMA intermediate).Available to transition into a full-time role immediately upon successful completion of the internship.Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, ITR, and GST regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic familiarity with accounting software.High attention to detail and excellent numerical abilities.Must be available to work strictly from our office in Gurugram.What We OfferFull-Time Conversion: Opportunity for a permanent job offer based on your performance during the internship.Practical, on-the-job training in a professional financial setting.Direct exposure to Fractional CFO operations and strategic financial planning.Mentorship and guidance from industry experts.Stipend upto Rs. 10,000
