Finance Manager – General Ledger

Location: Pune, India | Experience: 8–14 yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the General Ledger function at a globally operating organization. The role involves managing month-end close, financial reporting, technical accounting, and a small team while ensuring accuracy and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end GL operations, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations.Handle technical accounting, including stock-based compensation, ASC 606, and ASC 842.Oversee intercompany accounting, consolidation, and flux analysis.Coordinate with external auditors and global stakeholders.Lead the team and drive process improvements and automation.RequirementsChartered Accountant (CA) with 8–14 years of relevant experience.Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Indian accounting standards.Hands-on experience with SBC, ASC 606, ASC 842, and GL operations.Experience in team management and external audits.NetSuite, FloQast, and SaaS experience preferred.Work Model: Hybrid, based in Pune.Interested candidates are welcome to apply to explore this confidential opportunity.
