Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

**Job Description** - Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. - Conduct variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to provide insights and recommendations to management. - Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, including monthly financial performance reviews and ad hoc analyses. - Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs, providing support and guidance on budgeting and forecasting processes. - Monitor financial performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial goals. - Develop, implement, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to track key business metrics and performance indicators. - Analyze data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements and strategic initiatives. - Work with IT and finance teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across financial systems and reports. - Support the development and enhancement of financial systems and tools, including automation of reporting processes and integration with other business systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to financial systems and reporting tools, coordinating with relevant stakeholders as needed **Roles Responsibilities** **Educational Requirement** - Chartered Accountant **Preferred Skills** - Domain->Finance->Accounting Reporting **Service Line** - Corporate Office
