Experience: 5 -10 years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Location: Capgemini Bangalore || Divyashree Techpark Building B4 Date: 31st Oct 2026 Time: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Role: CA- R2R (Record to Report) Job Responsibilities: Record to Report: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years of Record-to-Report (R2R) experience. - Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 3-4 professionals, with strong people management and mentoring capabilities. - Strong technical expertise in Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting under Ind AS and IFRS. Exposure to US GAAP will be an added advantage, though not mandatory. - Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems and a strong understanding of accounting and reporting processes. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, reporting, and automation-related functionalities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and present to US-based stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, ensure reporting accuracy, and maintain compliance with accounting standards. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance work environment. - Understanding of legal contract set up and management Key Competencies - Record-to-Report (R2R) - Financial Reporting - Technical Accounting - Ind AS / IFRS - US GAAP (Preferred) - SAP - Advanced Excel - Stakeholder Management - Team Leadership & Mentoring - Communication & Presentation Skills *Shift Preference: Openness to work in all shifts. *Night shift flexibility is mandatory for Finance Hiring.
