Prepare detailed financial forecasts and regularly update projections based on business performance and changing assumptions. Conduct variance analysis to identify, investigate, and explain deviations from budget and forecast. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data and ensure alignment with financial plans. Prepare and deliver timely financial reports, MIS, and performance insights to senior management. Provide actionable financial analysis and business insights to support management decision-making. Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and performance analysis. Identify key financial trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Work closely with business teams to understand financial drivers and support overall business performance. Requirements 3–15 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles. Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial and business data. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
