The candidate should have excellent academic record, strong communication skills and an analytical mind.Role responsibility:work closely with Switzerland-based sell-side analysts to deliver high-quality equity research on Switzerland Small-Cap companiesprovide end-to-end research support, including sector coverage, company analysis, and generation of investment ideasbuild and maintain detailed financial models, perform valuations, and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysisprepare and contribute to initiation notes, earnings updates, thematic reports, and ad-hoc research publicationssupport analysts in responding to internal and external client requests in a timely and professional mannerassist in the creation and maintenance of research databases, sector trackers, and financial dashboardsdevelop marketing and client presentation materials in line with research outputsensure adherence to internal quality standards, timelines, and compliance requirementsThe teamYou will be part of the Global Research team in Hyderabad.Your Skills And ExperienceKey skills needed:strong understanding of finance, accounting, and capital marketsproven experience in financial modelling and equity valuation techniquesexcellent written and spoken English with the ability to articulate investment views clearlystrong analytical mindset with high attention to detaileffective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across geographiesworking knowledge on Python and AI tools (Co-pilot)proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.exposure to market data platforms such as Bloomberg or equivalent is preferredWho can apply:any post graduate from a reputed institute in commerce/economics/business administration streams. MBA (finance), C.A., CFA (US)candidate must have 1-2 years of relevant experiencethis opening is for Hyderabad location only.prior experience covering European equities, or Small and Mid-Cap stocks, is desirableyou’re curious to explore explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows.
