With about 20,000 employees (Status as of March 2026) at more than 60 sites globally, and sales of some 6.0 billion euros (2025), the global industrial partner is active with core branches in Asia, Europe and North and South America.Job DescriptionCoordinating day-to-day accounting activities.Coordinating in concluding financial audits and preparing financial statements as per Indian GAAP.Monthly closure activities for reporting to top managementMonitoring the filing of tax returns (income tax and GST)Ensuring completeness of accounts in finalizing before monthly closureEnsuring GL reconciliation and initiate follow up actionMonitoring the Preparation of data for legal cases under different lawsAnalyzing financial data to identify trends and patternsEnsuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirementsInitiate and coordinate cross functional communication for setting up the cross functional processMonitor, review and manage monthly vendor paymentsEnsuring compliance with local laws and regulations on FX transaction and settlementEnsure adherence to internal policies & guidelines (House of Rules)QualificationsChartered AccountantMinimum 6 year working experience with a CompanyMust have detailed knowledge to SAP FI moduleAdvance level knowledge in excelExpert in Maintaining Books of accounts & finalization as Per Indian Law and IFRSComfortable of working to tight deadlinesCross-functional experience e.g. in production, supply chain, qualityExperience in working with international teams on finance & Controlling topicsGood written & oral communication skill in Hindi, Marathi & EnglishHigh initiative and orientation towards delivering resultsClear and open communication and good teamworkAdditional InformationReady to drive with Continental?
