About KFTKiran Foreign Trade (KFT) provides accounting, compliance and finance services to accounting firms and businesses internationally.KFT has built a significant accounting operation supporting clients across Australia and New Zealand and is now actively expanding its UK and USA operations.As part of this next phase of growth, we are hiring experienced Senior Accountants to join our Mohali team and take greater responsibility across international accounting engagements.The RoleAs a Senior Accountant at KFT, you will manage and review accounting work across a portfolio of international clients.You will work closely with experienced team members and client accounting teams, while also supporting and guiding junior staff.Your responsibilities may include:Preparing and reviewing financial statements and supporting workpapersManaging complex bank, balance sheet and general ledger reconciliationsReviewing bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounts receivable workSupporting taxation, payroll and compliance requirementsIdentifying accounting issues, discrepancies and areas requiring further reviewManaging client queries and working directly with client accounting teamsReviewing the work of junior accountants and providing guidance and feedbackManaging deadlines and ensuring work is completed accurately and efficientlySupporting month-end and year-end accounting processesWorking across platforms including Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho and other accounting systemsContributing to process improvement and higher-quality delivery across the teamWho we are looking for:We are looking for candidates with a strong accounting background and relevant professional experience.Suitable qualifications will include:B.ComM.ComCACA (Inter)MBA FinanceOther relevant accounting or finance qualificationsYou should ideally have:3+ years of relevant accounting experienceStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingExperience preparing and reviewing accounting workStrong reconciliation and analytical skillsGood knowledge of taxation, payroll and compliance processesStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood written and verbal communication skillsConfidence working with client queries and senior team membersAbility to manage multiple jobs and deadlinesExperience supporting or reviewing junior team membersExperience with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho, and similar accounting platforms is highly regarded.Experience with Australian, New Zealand, UK, or USA accounting work is also an advantage.Why Join KFT?KFT offers the opportunity to:Work with accounting firms and clients across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and USABuild deeper experience in international accounting and complianceTake greater ownership of accounting engagementsWork alongside experienced accounting professionalsDevelop leadership and review capabilityProgress into team lead, assistant manager, manager and other senior rolesBuild a long-term career within a large, established and growing organisationApplyIf you are an experienced accounting professional looking for greater responsibility and international exposure, we would like to hear from you.Send your CV to:hr@kft.co.injobs@kft.co.in
