**Job Title** Sr Analyst-Business Finance **Business Unit** Finance **Reporting To** Vertical Head - Business Finance **Job Function and Role Type** Finance, Supervisory Role **Version No** 2.0 **Job Purpose** Aid Senior Management in taking corrective actions by highlighting concerns and providing insights across business parameters and strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities** **Planning & Forecasting** Gather inputs from Business Units and analyze budget submissions; Identify exceptions, anomalies, and under-budgeting, and prepare material to challenge submissions; Document and follow up on actionables from budget meetings; Analysis/ Monitoring Key Strategies And Business/ Financial Metrics; Define metrics and ensure measurement methodologies are in place; Set up MIS with business/product teams for monitoring objectives; Guide team on analysis, raise red flags, and track achievements against projections. **Analysis/ Monitoring key strategies and business / financial metrics** **PLPs & Headcount approvals** Validate PLP/manpower approval structure and ensure alignment with policies; Highlight gaps and ensure key objectives are part of the PLP structure. **Plan revisions/ adjustment requests** Guide team on logic and validate analysis for revisions; Evaluate proposals, summarize impacts, and highlight disagreements to seniors; Senior Management Visit Actionable Tracking/ Monitoring/ Reviewing; Track and ensure logical closure of action points with regional teams and stakeholders. **Senior management visit actionable tracking/ monitoring / reviewing** **Projects/ Automations** Present region-wise actionables and provide progress updates to seniors. **FPN** **Quarterly Board notes and Investor call data/RBI submissions** Validate data for RBI submissions and investor presentations. **Adhoc** Validate FPN benefits and share recommendations; Handle any adhoc requirements from senior management. **Analyse and identify exceptions, anomalies, under** **Demonstrate the Financial benefits - Revenue** **Validate the analysis done by L0** **Education:** CA or MBA. **Certifications:** None specified. **Key Competencies** Analytical skills, planning and organizing, communication, knowledge of competition, financial industry trends. **Major Stakeholders** Branch banking, business, channels, product, operations, IT/BTG, BIU, credit, RSU, HR, underwriting teams. **Required Skills** Refer to the Job Description
