**Job Description 1: Finance & Legal manager (CA + LL.B)** **Company: Dhariwal Thirani Group (Real Estate Developer)** **Position: Finance & Legal Manager** **Qualification: - (CA + LL.B)** **Experience: 3-4 years of experience in the Real Estate Developer industry.** **Job Responsibilities** **1. Manage company finance, accounting, budgeting, and cash flow.** **2 . Review and monitor financial planning, audits, and MIS reports.** **3. Handle legal documentation related to real estate projects.** **4. Draft, review, and discuss agreements, contracts, MOUs, and other legal documents.** **5. Coordinate with legal, accounts, liaisoning, and management teams.** **6. Ensure compliance with RERA, company laws, and other applicable regulations.** **7. Support management in financial and legal decision-making.** **Eligibility** **1. Qualification: both a Chartered Accountant (CA) and an LL.B (Mandatory).** **2.
