Chartered Accountant (CA)

**Role & responsibilities** **Chartered Accountant (CA) 3+ Years PQE** **Experience:** 3+ Years Post-Qualification Experience **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and review accounting and financial reporting activities. - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Perform account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial analysis. - Support month-end and year-end closing activities. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and accounting entries. - Support statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance activities. - Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for financial requirements. - Assist with internal and external audit activities. - Review financial data and identify discrepancies and process gaps. - Prepare MIS and ad-hoc financial analysis for management. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls. **Required Skills:** - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of PQE. - Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting. - Good understanding of reconciliations and month-end closing. - Experience in audit, controllership, financial reporting, or accounting operations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good knowledge of MS Excel. - ERP/accounting system experience is preferred. **Preferred candidate profile** Qualified Chartered Accountant
