**Qualification:** CA Final Completed (CA Finalist) **Experience:** 4-6 Years **Location:** Chennai, Thoraipakkam **Industry:** Infrastructure / Construction / Real Estate **Job Summary** We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional who has completed the CA Final examination and has 45 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, financial analysis, and reporting. The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support management in business decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze financial statements, budgets, and business performance reports. - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Perform financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Monitor project costs, operating expenses, and cash flow. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Assist in project costing, profitability analysis, and financial feasibility studies. - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit activities. - Reconcile accounts, review financial transactions, and ensure the accuracy of financial records. - Develop MIS reports and dashboards to support management decisions. - Work closely with internal departments to understand financial performance and improve cost efficiency. - Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in financial controls and reporting. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and numerical skills. - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. - Good knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance. - Ability to interpret complex financial information and present clear insights to management. - High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. - Good communication and coordination skills. **Eligibility Criteria** - CA Final completed - 4–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts. - Experience in infrastructure, construction, real estate, or project-based organizations will be preferred. - Candidates with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making are preferred.
