Senior Accountant and Team Lead

We are looking for a Senior Accountant / Team Lead to manage a team of accountants and own financial reporting for our client portfolio across industries. If you're strong on MIS reporting, comfortable leading a team, and enjoy being a client's go-to person on financial matters, we'd love to talk.What you'll own:📊 MIS & Financial ReportingPrepare and finalize MIS reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) for clients across industriesDrive month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, and performance analysisReview variance analysis, cash flow forecasts, and key financial metrics for clients🤝 Client ManagementBe the primary point of contact for clients on financial mattersProvide strategic financial insights to help clients optimize performancePartner with client teams to tailor accounting services to their needs👥 Team LeadershipManage, mentor, and develop a team of accountants and analystsAllocate resources across multiple clients and deadlinesRun performance reviews and build a collaborative team culture⚙️ Systems & ProcessOversee financial software implementation (Tally, Zoho, etc.)Identify process improvements to boost accuracy and efficiencyWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's in Accounting; CA-Inter qualified or higher2–4 years in accounting/financial managementStrong grasp of accounting, direct & indirect tax, and complianceHands-on with financial software (Tally, Zoho, or similar)Strong leadership, communication, and multi-client management skills📍 Location: Chennai (On-site) 💰 Compensation: Negotiable based on experience
