Urgent Hiring || Finance Executive || PuneLocation- Bhosari, Pune-Profile- Finance Executive – Employee Benefits Cost Control, Expenses Analysis & MISExperience – 2-5 yearsCtc- 8-10LPAWorking days 5-Day Work WeekJob Purpose:To monitor and control employee benefit and administrative expenses, ensure accurate accounting and reconciliations, support audit requirements, and provide insightful MIS reports and cost analysis for effective financial decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Analyze employee costs including salary, bonus, gratuity, leave encashment, PF/NPS, and other benefits.Review payroll accounting, provisions, reconciliations, and variance analysis.Prepare MIS reports, cost analysis reports.Monitor and control administrative expenses and perform GL scrutiny.Support actuarial valuation data requirements.Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and other departments for accurate cost reporting.Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.Liaise with Internal, Statutory Auditors.Ensure timely month-end closing and compliance with internal controls.Qualifications:B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA InterExperience:2-5 years of experience in employee cost accounting, MIS reporting and financial analysis.Key Skills:MIS Reporting, Financial Analysis, Payroll Accounting, GL Scrutiny, Reconciliations, Audit Coordination, Advanced Excel, ERP Systems, and Stakeholder Management.What We OfferPositive and Competitive Work Environment5-Day Work WeekFlexible Working Hours
