Creating Passion: Your ResponsibilitiesYour Responsibilities:-Support to Finance Team members for managing below finance activitiesManagement of Supplier invoices – Accounts Payable e.g. Processing of incoming invoices Entry of invoices into the accounting system of Local, Import, Fixed Assets, CHA invoices, Travel Expenses & Cost Invoices in the System. Verification of incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness (Agreements & PO)Local & import invoices check with PO, GRN, Tax code & ratesFixed Assets invoices check with LIP form LIP’s Approve & Balance AmountTDS Deduction tracking on invoices Ensure timely invoice booking and closing the monthMonitoring on expenses for avoiding duplicationPreparing manual Debit notes for rejection material & rate difference in invoiceTracking on supplier & employee given advances for clearanceVendor ledger reconciliation Treasury ManagementBank Reconciliation & BAAN entries on daily basis.Statutory payments – Custom, PF, PT, TDS GST etcManagement of Customer Invoices – Accounts Receivables e.g. Debts collection and tracking of outstanding itemsCreation and dispatch of outgoing invoicesExecution of dunning runs Coordination with sales regarding overdue customersInvoicing (Export, Domestic, Services), Debit and Credit Note & Charge Back Invoices, E-invoicingExport Container Sealing, Export Invoices Checklist CheckingBill of Entries - Bill Of entries updation in BAAN and invoice cross verificationFinanceMaintaining recordsSupport to the team for internal and external auditBAAN updation for HSN, Forex ratesMonth closing activity – Entries for Duty draw back, RoDTEP etcContributing Your Strengths: Your QualificationsQualification and Education Requirements:M.
